  I called to ask if an item was in stock that had been out of stock the previous week. I got a recording saying how important my call was to them and was on hold for 12 minutes. Occasionally, a pleasant sounding lady would come on and say the department I wanted was still busy. After the 12 minutes, my call was dropped. I called back, eventually got the pleasant lady again, and she said she would use the overhead speaker to call my department. I held for 7 minutes before getting dropped again. So frustrating. I don't want to make a trip there to find out they don't have it. How busy could they be at 8:30 on a cloudy Sunday morning?
