  I've been working with Ray O' Donnell for 1 1/2 years now. He has so much knowledge and experience and gives you 100%. He puts in the time to make sure your workouts are challenging and different to help you reach your goals. He makes sure you have correct form to prevent injury and works around what you can and cannot do. There is no feeling of failure with him. I was blessed to have found him when my health was heading south. I wanted to strength train and improve the health I was in. All has been changed and I feel I'm in the best shape I have ever been in. I'm in "fitness for life" and I am so happy to be a team member of Overdose Fitness, LLC and to have an amazing trainer Ray O'Donnell to help me reach all my goals.
