  My dog's teeth cleaning was scheduled on Saturday. I was there 7:40am to drop the dog and no one's there. I went around the building to see if I was missing a dropping place since it was first time my dog was having surgery at this location. No luck. I called them, no answer, left message. I didn't know what to do because something like that has never happened using banfield. I waited in the car with my dog, it was so cold. Called another banfield I used to go and they didn't know what I should do either.
  Then I caught someone going into the building at 8am. She said my dog was scheduled the next day and they usually don't schedule surgeries on Saturdays. What???? That didn't make any sense. When I was scheduling the surgery, I directly put it in my calendar, so I thought that was odd. I wanted to make sure she was not mistaking it or someone switched the date without telling me. She looked at me as if was looking at a crazy person and the way she talked made me feel bad. Sounded like they never make any mistakes. I ended up canceling the surgery at all. Decided to go back to the banfield I used to go even though it's farther. I came home and checked the receipt from last time and guess what? I was right. It was scheduled for Saturday.
